Mike's gone and started sending faxes to letting agents, saying he’s after a one-bedroom flat for £120,000 or wants to rent a fully furnished one for £600 near the shops. Seriously, Mike, you need to pick a side! Do you want to build, rent, buy, or design something? Just make your mind up already!

I received the same fax as Philip, which also had the name P Woodman on it. It's quite possible that he was the prior owner of the fax machine, and somehow his name is still stuck in the system! However, I've chosen not to return the call, as it's a premium rate number.

After considering the information shared, I must say I’m quite relieved that a team member here spotted that this was all a bit dodgy! My fax specifically requested properties priced at a maximum of £120,000 or £00 per calendar month. I’ll be forwarding this on to all my colleagues and other businesses I’m in touch with. Absolutely a scam! They promote their numbers under various guises-pretending to be job agencies, builders, and leaflet distributors. It’s best not to call them. I ended up redirected to an exorbitantly priced premium rate line. Just avoid it altogether!
