My mum, who’s quite elderly, called Damart two times, and just now I got her Virgin Media bill - turns out those calls set her back £9.11. It’s shocking, really, especially since she’s been with them for ages. From now on, I’ll sort her orders online. She was only trying to make things easier for me, but I won’t let her get taken advantage of at 90 years old.

I had a rather unfortunate experience with DAMART. They billed me more than £16 to rectify an issue they caused themselves. It's not surprising they can offer complimentary gifts to their patrons! I’ve just received a call from 0871 200 9000, but I haven’t a scooby who it belongs to. They rang and promptly disconnected before I could pick up. If it’s a business, you’d think they’d have the decency to leave a message, wouldn’t you? I do have an answering machine for this very reason. Quite unimpressed, to say the least!

The woman on the phone was really polite and helpful, sorted out my query quickly.
