Seems like I got charged £2.20 for calling this number, but honestly, I have no clue who it belongs to. Can someone please help me figure it out?

My phone statement shows that back on the 5th of October, I supposedly rang this number twice, adding up to around 19 minutes, costing me nearly £7. I honestly have no clue whose phone that might be, and I haven’t dialled it at all in the last half-year. If I get calls from this number again, I’m definitely going to raise it with BT.
