Honestly, their customer service has been quite dreadful - I found it utterly frustrating, as I kept encountering numerous individuals whose grasp of English left much to be desired. Earlier today, we received a call from 3 trying to entice us into a new contract deal. We turned them down, citing our past experience with their dreadful mobile broadband service and the atrocious customer support we encountered. It's baffling how they can debate this! Unsurprisingly, they didn’t have much to say. The representative tried to insist that their customer service has seen some improvements, but we know from recent experience that this simply isn't the case!

Honestly, dealing with these folks is like trying to have a sensible conversation with a bunch of chimps at 3 o'clock! They pledge one thing and then, within moments, do a complete 180. It's utterly infuriating. It's been a right bother for us, having to cough up more than twice what we usually pay for our line rental, all thanks to their blunders. I can't wait to part ways with this company; good riddance!

When we finally asked for a manager, we were met with such a condescending attitude, as if they were trying to squeeze more money out of us for a simple top-up. Today, we received a call from a representative trying to persuade us to consider a new contract with them. We firmly said no and reiterated our decision, primarily due to the dreadful mobile broadband service we endured previously, along with the shockingly poor customer support we experienced. It baffles me how they could possibly contest our reasoning! Frankly, they can’t, and it appears they didn’t even try. Despite the agent’s claims of improved customer service, our experience over the last few months speaks volumes to the contrary!
