Purporting to represent Sky subscriptions, it seems these individuals are nothing more than con artists.

Someone from this number claimed they were representatives of Sky, informing me about an upgrade to their satellite system which, they said, necessitated an upgrade to my Sky Q box as well. They requested my banking information, saying it was to facilitate a reduction in my monthly bill because of my loyalty as a customer. Additionally, they mentioned that a technician would be coming round on Saturday to swap out all my Sky gear.
