Purporting to represent Sky subscriptions, it seems these individuals are nothing more than con artists.

This number called me saying Sky were doing some kind of satellite update, so my Sky Q box would get an upgrade. They then asked for my bank details, saying they’d actually be lowering my monthly bill because I was a loyal customer. They also claimed an engineer was set to visit my home on Saturday to replace all my Sky gear.
