I never actually received a call from this number. I stumbled across it while looking for TalkTalk's customer service online. It turns out that it’s not the direct line; it’s a management services number! They do link you to TalkTalk but charge a whopping 15 pence a minute for the service. What a sham! Thankfully, when I reached out to TalkTalk, they kindly refunded me the money that this company swindled from me.
