I’ve discovered that this number belongs to TalkTalk. Just a heads-up - it wasn’t them who reached out to me; rather, I made the call myself to sort out a bill. Beware, as I ended up forking out £5 for the call! It’s definitely not a freebie! Honestly, I reckon they’re one of the most frustrating companies out there.

I received a call from TalkTalk on my mobile regarding my bill. The previous advisor mentioned I was unable to make an online payment, and before I knew it, I was hit with a £12 charge!

I came across a TalkTalk number and thought I'd give it a go to sort out my internet payment, as their usual line was out of action. I ended up using my O2 phone to settle the bill and, unbeknownst to me at the time, I got hit with a £4.25 charge. Just noticed it on my O2 bill today-what a surprise! That's a lesson learned; I certainly won't make that mistake again!

I suspect it’s TalkTalk, as they billed me nearly a tenner for a call they initiated. I’d advise you to steer clear of this number!

I noticed that our TalkTalk statement from 31st March 2010 lists a charge labelled as SERVICES NAT. It’s taken an age to sort out this bothersome spam and amend our bill accordingly. Just a right faff, if you ask me!
