So, I rang TalkTalk myself to sort out a bill and ended up paying £5 for the call. They never actually called me, which I thought was a bit cheeky. Just a heads-up, calling them isn't free at all! Honestly, one of the worst companies I've dealt with.

The last person told me I couldn’t settle my TalkTalk bill online, so I had to ring them from my mobile. Ended up getting charged £12 for it! Quite annoyed about that.

I had to use this number to pay my TalkTalk internet bill because their usual payment line wasn’t working. I did it through my O2 mobile and only spotted today on my O2 statement that they charged me £4.25 for the call. Didn’t know about the fee at the time, definitely won’t be using it again!

I suspect it’s TalkTalk, as they billed me nearly a tenner for a call they initiated. I’d advise you to steer clear of this number!

I noticed that our TalkTalk statement from 31st March 2010 lists a charge labelled as SERVICES NAT. It’s taken an age to sort out this bothersome spam and amend our bill accordingly. Just a right faff, if you ask me!
