No clue who this is, but EE has billed me £3000 for just three phone calls. Plus, I got a call from 0845 4647 that cost me £11.00. Really baffled by these charges!

We can confirm that this was indeed a Speak Speak number, and we know this because we’re employed by Speak Talk.

Earlier today, we received another call, which seemed to be a follow-up to one we had just a couple of days ago. It appears that something hadn’t been processed correctly. The details were absolutely the same as the previous call. They also gave us a customer service number, 0870 0878038, but we’ve been unable to locate that number anywhere on their website. Quite puzzling, really!

We got the distinct impression that this chap was rather keen on getting our address information. He mentioned a rather suspicious four times that her phone was being tracked for 'monitoring purposes’. Can't quite tell if she was involved with TalkTalk or not.
