I was hit with a charge of £13.83 for this number! It feels like it might have been a scammer posing as BT Openreach. To make matters worse, my phone went kaput right after that and I was left without service for two whole days! I had to enlist TalkTalk to fix the mess, which turned out to be quite the headache!
