We asked for giro payment slips, as we haven't received any, but they insisted they had already dispatched them, which is far from the truth. When we inquired about sending a new batch, their response was a firm "no." It seems we'll have to escalate this and get the Financial Services Authority involved to address these dubious practices.

Earlier today, we received a call from this number, with the caller claiming to be "advocates" representing a firm called Evershed. To say they were rude would be an understatement. We asked them for the Giro payment slips, but they insisted they had already sent them-though we’ve never received anything of the sort. When we inquired about sending more, their response was simply a curt "no." It’s my firm belief that the Financial Services Authority ought to be alerted to tackle these dubious practices.
