Does anyone have a clue who these folks might be?

Apologies, Viewline Northwest, but it seems you've yet to resolve your issues. Over the past week, we've received numerous calls from your end, though unfortunately, we haven't been in a position to answer most of them. Thank goodness for that! Whenever we did manage to pick up, it was just the sound of the line going dead. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Here's another perspective: It’s worth noting that the earliest post on this site dates back more than a year. If you wish to have a number removed, all that is required is the specific number itself; anything beyond that should be considered none of your concern. The process for eliminating a number with any sort of system should only take a few moments, certainly not stretching on for a fortnight. Also, I’m curious as to why you’re disregarding regulations by contacting numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service?
