I tried calling Missguided after looking up their number but ended up here instead. Turns out they don't actually have a phone line since they're online only. Got stuck on hold for half an hour and it cost me 55p a minute, which was a whopping £17 on my phone bill. Definitely don't bother ringing!

Meant to be a support line for those in need, but I found myself waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity-twelve minutes, to be precise! And to top it all off, they had the cheek to charge me more than a fiver. What a right farce!
