Just a heads up, don’t bother ringing this number. I got it off an adviser who told me to follow up on two parcels that hadn’t arrived after three days, and in the end, it cost me £79. The bloke on the 0121 line passed me onto 08700250403. Honestly, can’t believe they’re allowed to do this.

Totally with you on this one, never ever call DPD! I got charged £6 for a call that lasted about 12 minutes, but most of that time they just kept me waiting on hold, never really gave a straight answer about where my package ended up. I’d got this text saying someone I don’t know had signed for it, which was pretty alarming. Honestly, it was a right waste of time and money!

This number belongs to DPD couriers. I called them because they missed a delivery, which was clearly their fault, and somehow I ended up being charged £10.98 for the hassle. I got in touch with my phone company to figure out who was calling me, then reached out to DPD. All I got was a polite "have a nice day" and a shove towards their terms and conditions. Absolutely appalling service. I'm definitely going to pursue this further. Honestly, avoid DPD and don’t waste your time ringing them!
