I rang them up and the DWP didn’t even know I was making payments! Such a total con, just taking advantage of struggling folks!

I ended up paying £26 for a 45 minute call, which I didn’t realise was a premium rate number. It was supposed to be for the Department for Work and Pensions, but now I’m second guessing where I actually found that phone number. Not happy about it at all.
