Had a call from some bloke who claimed to be representing Weathershield. We told him we weren’t keen on their services. He asked why we were being so rude to him, which was a bit rich since he called us on a Saturday and wouldn’t take the hint. Then, as if it was his place, he suggested we could do with a lesson in manners. We told him in no uncertain terms to bog off and hung up. But then the same number kept calling us throughout the day, which we ignored completely. Honestly, what’s the point of these muppets wasting their time like this?

Received calls at 13:14 and 13:17 on the 8th of February, 2010, from a chap claiming to represent either Weatherseal or perhaps Weathershield. We clearly communicated our lack of interest in what he was peddling, yet the conversation quickly soured as he labelled us as rude and continued to berate us. In light of this, we hung up. Merely seconds later, he attempted to ring us again, intent on pursuing his line of questioning. We were absolutely livid and firmly told him to depart in no uncertain terms. It makes us wonder if there's some kind of campaign underway to tarnish the reputations of these firms.

I received a phone call earlier today and when I picked up, there was a woman chattering away with someone else on the line. Before I could even make sense of it, she just hung up! It felt like one of those random calls where they pick numbers at random and leave you hanging, probably just to entice you into calling back an 0845 number. Honestly, it seems like there’s a whole team behind this scam, earning their wages from these calls!

Initially, they called us once, and we were curious to know how many windows we could choose from. We mentioned five, but to be honest, we didn’t really fancy it. We let them know that we're planning to get a ring, which is why we didn’t give them a response. However, these callers occupied our voicemail for five minutes, leaving us unable to make any outgoing calls. On the third attempt, the chap was an absolute pratt - full of sarcasm, arrogance, and rather rude. He seemed like he was trained by a profoundly inept customer service team!

Received a call from these folks on Good Friday, of all days! Good Friday, mind you! It sounded like they had a radio blaring in the background while they were having a natter about their wives and their various flaws, all interspersed with some rather unceremonious coughing fits. Just the other day, they tried to hound us with an offer of £1500 for some double glazing or what have you. Honestly, what an atrocious company!

At precisely 13:00 today, Weathershield via Supreme-o-glaze gave us a bell on a number that's registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Ironically, they had our automated message which clearly instructed them to call our 0870 number, but for some reason, they chose to ignore it.

I've been receiving nightly calls around tea time for the past week, and it's becoming quite unbearable. The callers are absolutely insistent, always asking how I'd spend a supposed £15,000 windfall on home improvements. Every time I ask how they acquired our former director's number, they abruptly hang up. Just today, they rang again and left a voice message that was nothing more than two minutes of that ridiculous Magic Roundabout tune-no actual message, just pointless music. It's all very intrusive and quite frankly, an absolute pain.
