I just had a call from someone claiming to be from Space Kitchens, and it played out like this: “Hello, you’ve reached Space Kitchens, this is Jordan speaking, how are you today?” I was a bit taken aback, so I asked, “What’s this about then?” To which Jordan snapped back with a rather colourful “F*** off!” and promptly ended the call. Top-notch sales technique, I reckon these folks must rake in the cash with customer service like that!

Absolutely infuriating! They just let it ring once and then there was silence the moment we mentioned it’s a brand-new property. It's as if they didn’t want to engage at all, and when I tried to return the call, I got no response whatsoever. Quite the frustrating experience, to say the least!

Space Kitchens rang us up the other day, claiming to be Kirsty from Space Design. They mentioned that our postcode had been picked for a complimentary kitchen design plan or something along those lines. We weren't having any of it, though! We simply replied, "There’s no such thing as a free kitchen! Cheers, but no thanks!" and hung up. Ridiculous!

We've encountered a remarkably similar situation today. When we tried to speak to the manager, we actually overheard the caller asking when she should hang up. Following that, the so-called "manager" eventually came on the line and directed us to Weatherseal Ltd, the main office. After a bit of digging online, we managed to unearth their contact number. We've received countless calls from these individuals, and it’s really starting to get on my nerves, I must say. The standard of their sales team leaves much to be desired, not to mention their utter lack of manners! Honestly, they ought to be banned from making calls. It feels distinctly dodgy to me. No surprise at all that they’re associated with SPACE KITCHENS - more like a troupe of space cowboys, if you ask me!
