I've received 19 cards delivered to my flat over the past six months, and I’ve never answered the door when I’ve been at home. On the few occasions when I was in, I took a peek through the peephole and spotted a rather shifty character holding a folder, who even went as far as to ask my neighbours about me. It appears these individuals are equipped with some sort of court letter concerning a debt, attempting to pressure you into signing it. From what I gather, they purchase cases from various debt collectors and threaten to drag you to court if you don’t answer the door. However, if they can’t catch you in person, they appear to move on. I strongly advise against opening the door - those cards aren’t delivery notices; they’re merely tactics to intimidate you into legal action. They don’t have any real power!

I’ve just returned from work to hear my other half mention that there was an attempt to deliver a parcel, but the delivery person wouldn’t hand it over to them and insisted it had to be signed for by me personally. Upon inspecting the card that was left, I noticed there was no indication that a signature was necessary. I haven’t ordered anything recently, nor have I even come across any company or service called Aps. From what I’ve gathered from various posts here, it sounds rather dubious-definitely raises a few red flags!

I’ve had quite an unsettling experience with this chap who’s been pestering me for a delivery. When I requested that he hand over a letter for my other half, he flat-out refused. What really got under my skin, though, was the fact that he was hanging his phone around his neck, filming everything. I noticed him retreating to his car on two occasions, only to be seen flicking through his phone like he was looking for something specific. I’d advise everyone to be wary of his behaviour. To top it off, the delivery card didn’t even display any contact information apart from this number. Red flags all around!

This lot purport to be a legitimate service that delivers court documents, but they don't seem to have a whiff of professionalism about them. If they show up at your door, don’t hesitate to firmly ask them to vacate your premises, or you’ll have no choice but to involve the police for their intrusive behaviour. More often than not, they’re not even delivering actual court papers! They like to act as though they have some sort of authority, even making inquiries with your neighbours, which is rather suspect. I just had an encounter with a rather dodgy chap from Birmingham in a scruffy little silver motor, who dared to pry into my personal life, of all things. They appear to lack any understanding of bailiffs or debt collection, and they’re too rude to even produce proper ID. The whole operation reeks of unprofessionalism - I’d strongly suggest ignoring them altogether, especially that shifty bloke from Brum!

Yesterday, I received one of those mysterious cards slipped through my letterbox, and, like many, I wasn’t anticipating any deliveries. I decided to do a quick search online, which led me to this website. I dialled the number on the card, 0845 652 0004, multiple times only to be greeted by silence. Finally, at 10:35 am, I managed to reach a chap with a distinctly Brummie accent. I politely inquired about who the card was meant for, only to discover it was addressed to a gentleman (I’m a woman, by the way) and the address he provided was actually that of my neighbour! When I informed him of the mix-up, he was quite apologetic and expressed gratitude for my call. I offered to pass the card along through my neighbour’s letterbox, but he reassured me there was another one on the way and advised me to simply dispose of the card I had. Given the many alarming stories I’ve heard about this firm, I was initially quite anxious, but I feel so much better now!
