I reckon this was some kind of robot call. The beginning of the number is from those expensive premium lines, so I wouldn’t ring back because it’ll probably cost you. Once, I got a call like this from a PPI Claims outfit, and in my experience, it’s just not worth bothering with. Better to just ignore it.

Bit relieved I didn’t call back, as I’ve been spammed loads by firms about PPI claims and still get calls from Anglian Windows despite telling them to quit.
