Got a call from this number early Sunday morning around 8, then again mid-afternoon on Saturday, like half past four or so. It’s been pretty annoying, so I’ve blocked it now. There’s also a different one starting with 0121 that's been bothering me.

Yeah, I’ve been getting the same annoying calls at the worst times. I grabbed this free app called “Mr Number” on my phone and popped in the numbers I don’t want to hear from... and now it’s peaceful! I used to get loads of calls about accident claims, loans, PPI claims, all that rubbish on both my landline and mobile. I even got one of those BT call blocker phones, and guess what? The calls have pretty much stopped. Whenever a new nuisance number pops up, straight onto the blocked list it goes. The TPS register seems to be useless against these scammers. Like someone else said, surely the phone companies can just cut off these jerks, there has to be some rule against this kind of abuse.

We’re capable of incredible things - helping the blind to see, enabling the disabled to walk, and landing a man on the moon over four decades ago. Yet somehow they claim they have no clue who is behind these annoying calls? The phone companies have got all the info on these pests, but because they’re making a fortune out of it, they just keep feeding us lies. Honestly, they’re just as crooked as the scammers they're supposed to be combating, cashing in all the same. I’ve even heard whispers that these companies want to recruit Sepp Blatter as their chief scammer once he steps down from FIFA, probably with a ludicrous golden handshake to boot.
