The dodgy attempt occurred at 3:09 in the afternoon on 3 December 2011. Lloyds sent out the automated alert within ten minutes, and before I knew it, everything was sorted. A new card is expected to arrive in the post by Monday. Right plonkers (just to clarify, not Lloyds, mind you)...
