I recently received a call from this number, but since we don’t recognise it, we chose not to pick up. After checking this site, I’ve discovered that quite a few people have received calls from ‘0845’ numbers too. What frustrates me to no end is that our number was supposed to be ex-directory, yet we’re still bombarded with calls from various companies. What’s the point of going ex-directory if these businesses can just randomly dial our numbers? Surely, I deserve some degree of privacy, don’t I? Very irked, Ms Preston.
