today at 1:54pm (16th July 2015), I saw a number I didn’t know ring my phone, so I just ignored it and let it ring out. No voicemail was left, so I’m just going to forget about it. these days at home, i only pick up if I recognise the caller’s voice. it’s a shame to have to be so cautious. if no message’s left, i make a note of the number and put it in my blocklist, so they get stopped from calling again. my blacklist is getting pretty packed now.

Supposed emergency accident support? Yeah, no thanks. Feels like just another scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from an emergency accident helpline, sounded suspicious to me. Pretty sure it was a scam trying to get money or info. Be careful if you get a call like that!

Every night, this number rings my work’s emergency line but just ends up hanging straight away. So annoying!

I’m glad I picked up the phone because the person on the other end was super helpful with sorting out my claim. They stayed polite the whole time and made the process much easier. Definitely pleased with how they handled everything. Good experience overall!
