today at 1:54pm (16th July 2015), I saw a number I didn’t know ring my phone, so I just ignored it and let it ring out. No voicemail was left, so I’m just going to forget about it. these days at home, i only pick up if I recognise the caller’s voice. it’s a shame to have to be so cautious. if no message’s left, i make a note of the number and put it in my blocklist, so they get stopped from calling again. my blacklist is getting pretty packed now.

Emergency accident hotline, is it? Seems a bit dodgy to me. Just another con if you ask me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from an emergency accident helpline, sounded suspicious to me. Pretty sure it was a scam trying to get money or info. Be careful if you get a call like that!

Every night, this number rings my work’s emergency line but just ends up hanging straight away. So annoying!

Absolutely chuffed with the conversation I had! The chap on the line was incredibly supportive while assisting me with my claim. He was polite and considerate the entire time, which made the experience quite pleasant. I’m genuinely pleased with the service rendered. I'm so glad I picked up the phone!
