Thankfully, I got through to a representative who helped me authorise the payment, but I was left quite frustrated after being charged almost £6 just for the call.

However, I ended up waiting on hold for a frustrating 12 minutes, which cost me nearly £7, before I decided to hang up in despair. Received a dodgy phone call the other day. They had my account details and pretended to be from DPD, saying they required further information for a parcel that needed settling.
