We tried out a Three mobile broadband for a fortnight, but it proved to be utterly pointless, so we scrapped that. Bravo, Three! We signed up for their broadband, and I must say, it’s been a complete shambles for the past three weeks. I can’t seem to get online at all, yet they continue to take our money without a care in the world. When you seek assistance, you might as well be talking to a brick wall-no one seems to understand what you’re going on about, and you end up stuck on the line for what feels like an eternity! And to top it all off, they keep calling us incessantly! Enough is enough-let’s all rally against 3! Who’s with me?

In the past fortnight, we’ve had no fewer than six calls from them, all in a bid to entice us into a new contract. Mind you, we’ve already expressed our grievances regarding the appalling network issues-constant dropouts, downloads that refuse to cooperate, and the like. We’ve clearly mentioned to them not to bother us again. Signing up with this lot has turned out to be a colossal mistake. We’re flatly refusing to settle the latest bill because the service they promised is nowhere to be found. They even suggested we venture outdoors to place a call when the signal is non-existent! Honestly, I wish they could wrap their heads around our complaints!

Please, whatever you do, don't share your password with these individuals. Genuine calls from Three will always come from their official customer support number, which is 077823. Stay safe!

I had three different calls regarding an outstanding payment. We ended up cancelling our direct debit after being without a phone for three weeks! Thankfully, we managed to get in touch with the executive office and have finally got our phone sorted. With that sorted, I’m all set to make the payment now.
