I just received a call from ATD regarding an outstanding payment of £15. We're currently in a bit of a spat with Three concerning some coverage claims while using their mobile broadband. Honestly, don’t put too much faith in their coverage maps-what they advertise is a far cry from reality. I’d strongly suggest purchasing online, as you have a generous 14 days to return the product, unlike at Carphone Warehouse, where it’s a mere 3 weeks. Consider yourselves warned!

We've also faced a myriad of issues with 3, both in terms of signal strength and text messaging - if you can even call it a service, that is. It’s hardly worth mentioning, to be honest. Initially, they’re charming and all smiles until you actually commit to a contract, at which point they reveal their true, much less pleasant selves. Honestly, do yourself a favour and steer clear of 3 - you won’t find any satisfaction here.

Before we even realised it, we blew through £50 in just four days due to the premium rate web access! There was literally no warning that this would occur or that we’d land ourselves in any sort of unknown credit situation. We've straight-up refused to pay and have done away with the direct debit. What followed was a deluge of unpleasantness, as they insisted we must know the person they were after. That’s when I brought up the Telephone Preference Service and the Data Protection Act. I eventually hung up while she was still trying to make amends. Haven’t heard from them since!

I’ve stumbled upon a firm that’s purportedly based in India, claiming to operate independently. In reality, they seem to be nothing more than the collections department for Three. Honestly, they’re next to useless when it comes to sorting out any problems and persistently bombard you with calls for the slightest sums owed. It’s quite frustrating, especially when you’re in a genuine dispute with the company.

We've formally requested assistance under the Harassment Protection Act 1997, and let me assure you, every single instance has been duly noted. I've received numerous calls from this lot, and every time I answer, they just hang up. It's become quite frustrating, prompting us to give them a call ourselves. When we did, they mentioned that they're permitted to call us up to four times a day. We told them that if they continued to ring without any communication and we had to call them back, we'd be charging them for our time - £35 for an hour. They mentioned that I had an outstanding balance of £40, which I promptly paid. However, my phone still isn’t reactivated. Normally, I’d expect it to take a couple of hours at most, but here I am, well into the night, and my calls are still being redirected to Three regarding the unpaid bill. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least.

It seems like this company is simply harassing people for no justifiable reason. Honestly, it would be wise for 3 to investigate this lot, as it’s quite unacceptable behaviour.
