Just like lots of others, I keep getting these annoying missed calls all day, even when I’m tied up or busy. It happens multiple times every single day and I’ve no clue who’s behind them. If it was really important, you’d think they’d bother leaving a voicemail or something. I’m starting to suspect it might be one of those scam calls where answering racks up a charge - that would explain why they keep ringing non stop. If that’s true, surely it breaks the law somewhere. I’m planning to trace who their phone service provider is, coz they probably get a cut every time someone picks up. For a few days now, this number keeps ringing me twice a day. I finally picked up today and the guy said he was from Economy Energy about my meter. I told him I don’t do business with your company. He asked what I meant and when I told him to remove my number, he said he didn’t have it. Bit strange if he’s calling me, right? He sounded pretty annoyed so I just hung up and blocked the number. The woman on the phone was seriously rude! They called me 6 times in 3 days, I was too busy so got my other half to pick up. As soon as he said we weren't interested and nicely told them not to call again, she just said "I'll call her back later" while chuckling.
