His reaction was downright obnoxious, suggesting that if I wasn’t pay-as-you-go, I was of no interest to them. I reiterated my request to be taken off their call list, mentioning that I was at work and unable to chat. He cheekily remarked that perhaps I shouldn’t answer calls during work hours.
