Every day I keep getting calls for some bloke called John Potter. At first I was polite, telling them they’d got the wrong number and kindly asking to be taken off their call list. But then one of their reps actually started arguing with me, insisting it was the right number and I had to be John Potter. After that nonsense, I just shout “F#CK OFF” at them and slam the phone down.

Got a call from Scottish Power, and they even knew my name. I told them I’d just upgraded with my current provider so I wasn't interested. After that, they kept getting my name wrong multiple times so I said I was going to hang up. They left a message on my answerphone, so not sure if that’ll stop more calls but I've blocked the number anyway.
