Hello there! I've been receiving several messages from this number, including ones stating 'It was important' along with a reference number. To get to the bottom of it, I decided to give NatWest a call. Turns out, it was their Collections office based in Glasgow that I reached. If anyone's curious, you can always verify it by calling NatWest’s main number at 0800 200 400. It's a bit puzzling since I don't hold any account with them and the reference number doesn’t appear to exist in their records. Looks like there might be some administrative mix-up going on here!
