Received a rather peculiar call quite late on a weekend night. The person claimed to be from RBS and asked for some security information. Honestly, it struck me as rather bizarre-she didn’t come across as very professional at all! Naturally, we declined to share any personal details over the phone. It just didn’t feel right!

Blimey, what a right pickle! I had a run-in with these lot just after they phoned me up. You'd think they'd have their act together and possess my details already, wouldn’t you? I mean, really, how can you tell if they're on the level or if it's dodgy business? I’ve constantly been told to keep my personal info close and not share it over the phone. It’s a bit of a mad situation, if you ask me!
