Indeed, it appears to be NatWest. Quite unfortunate that no one seems to be dialling them up all night to demand the £172 billion they pilfered from the public purse! It’s quite infuriating, really. They have absconded with our funds, so why shouldn’t we claw back what we can? If they can get away with it, perhaps it’s time we turn the tables and recoup our losses from these institutions!

Not long after I got a call from this number and ended up footing an overdraft fee, I must admit I was quite anxious after skimming through some of the remarks on this site. To put my mind at ease, I popped into my local NatWest branch and asked them to look into the number for me. The staff there confirmed it was indeed from the NatWest call centre and suggested that if I ever have any doubts, I should just ask the caller when I can follow up with a branch the next day, and someone there can double-check the number for me.

Every time we settle down for the night, this number incessantly rings without fail. We’ve chosen not to pick up, yet it persists in calling. Once we got up, curiosity got the better of us, and we looked it up online. Some sources claim it belongs to a BT retail service, but then we stumbled across remarks indicating it’s connected to NatWest. Honestly, I’m quite anxious about the whole situation now.

We've received four calls from this number on our mobile, and just as we answered the most recent one, a relatively young chap was on the line asking for a woman whose name was unfamiliar to us. When we informed him that there wasn't anyone by that name here, he promptly apologised and assured us that we wouldn't be bothered again-for that day, at least. One more ring and we’ll definitely be following up on this!

We’re utterly tired of this number constantly ringing us, and we don’t have a clue who they are. If this harassment doesn’t come to an end, our mum will have no choice but to involve the authorities.

We decided to pop over to our local NatWest branch to have them look into it for us. The staff there confirmed that the number indeed belongs to NatWest's central office. They suggested that if you have any doubts, it's best to ask the caller for their details and then give the branch a ring the following day. Someone in the branch should be able to authenticate the number for you.
