We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament when we left a voicemail claiming that these callers were representing the NatWest Bank's scam team regarding our business card. The funny thing is, we haven’t had a business card for more than six months! It’s a bit of a mystery whether these individuals were legitimate or not, especially since the automated message prompted us for our card number, which we couldn’t recall. Quite the conundrum, if you ask me!

Not long after I got in touch with Mastercard via my bank, I was quite taken aback to discover that my card had indeed been misused and that this phone number was, believe it or not, completely legitimate. Kudos to Mastercard for swiftly addressing this fraudulent activity!
