SCAM ALERT! I've received a call from someone claiming to organise the installation of a bathroom for those with disabilities. I'm utterly perplexed about how they obtained my information through the council. To add to my unease, the phone number doesn't exist, and there's no record of it with any official council or regulatory authority.
