Got a call today 16/08/2013 around 10:35, no one said a word and then the line went dead. So fed up with these annoying calls, and I’m on the do not call list!

So, I picked up when this number rang, and the first thing I heard was loads of crazy laughing, then a young lass asking, "Oi, is that *my name*?" She went on saying she was calling from some public service centre, saying they were worried I hadn't claimed some secret PPI or whatever. I wasn’t having any of it and just hung up straight away.

I got a call from this number and the moment I answered, the person just let out a loud belch right into the phone. Honestly, these companies ring non-stop about PPI claims and it’s annoying enough, but at least show some basic manners. I’m not usually fussy, but there are limits to how rude you can be... totally appalling!
