I received a call from someone claiming to be from Experion, but when I challenged them, they turned rather nasty. I tried ringing back and discovered it was actually a firm known as D A L.

My dad got a call earlier, and they wanted to speak to his wife, but she wasn’t home at the time. When he asked if they had a message, the bloke just said “NO”. So, my dad ended the call. Then they rang back and asked, “Have you always been this miserable sod or just practising?” Honestly, it was so rude. The longer they kept him on the phone, the more aggressive and nasty they got.
