I received a call from someone claiming to be from Experion, but when I challenged them, they turned rather nasty. I tried ringing back and discovered it was actually a firm known as D A L.

My dad recently received a call from this lot. They were looking for my mum, who happened to be out at the time. When he inquired if there was a message for her, the caller replied with a rather curt "No". After that, my dad decided to end the conversation and hung up. Not long after, they rang back, oddly enough, asking him, "Have you always been such a grumpy git or is this just a new hobby for you?" Honestly, how impolite! The tone from the bloke just got nastier the longer they chatted. Quite shocking behaviour, if you ask me!
