It's clearly just a telemarketing call. If you give them a bell back and select option one, it seems you can remove your details from their records, or so I've heard!

I received a rather unexpected call from this number, indicating they had some details to relay to my husband, addressing him by name no less. When I mentioned that we are on the Telephone Preference Service list, the caller claimed that this regulation didn't concern them, as they purported to be an information service. The conversation took a turn for the worse when I requested they refrain from calling again; they promptly ended the call without further ado. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!
