Got a call on my landline from Legal and General out of the blue. I told them straight away I wasn’t looking to switch my home insurance to avoid any faff. The woman on the end, speaking with a thick Scottish accent, rudely said they weren’t trying to get me to change and then just slammed the phone down. What a bunch of rude people.
