Received an unsolicited call from Legal and General on my home phone today. To avoid any drawn-out chat, I mentioned that I had no desire to switch my Home Insurance. The lass on the other end, who sounded rather clueless, proclaimed that they had no intention of trying to persuade me, and then abruptly ended the call. Absolutely infuriating!
