UK Energy’s own site warns about dodgy companies pretending to be them to push gas and electric deals, which is exactly what these lot were doing. I told them to take me off their call list, though I’m not holding my breath as they’ve rung before. I’ve reported them to the TPS and the ICO, and I’d recommend anyone else who gets these calls do the same. Also, if you can, get in touch with the BBC’s Rogue Traders team - they might be able to help track these scammers down.
