I received a call claiming to be from Orange regarding an upgrade to a 4G SIM card. Just as I was getting ready to drive, I mentioned I would call them back. When I finally managed to reach Orange by dialing 150, I was flabbergasted to discover a note on my account stating that I agreed to have the 4G SIM dispatched and that my contract would be extended by an additional 18 months! Having previously worked for Orange, I’m rather wary of any call purporting to be from them unless the number starts with 07973100-at least that used to be the traditional prefix for Orange!
