They tend to target those who are in a tight spot, swooping in and offering paltry sums for your property, and to make matters worse, they take a hefty 20% off their so-called services.

I had an experience with National House Buyers, who contacted me out of the blue about selling my property. I’d advise you to steer clear, unless you're in dire straits. They seem to take advantage of those in vulnerable situations, offering a paltry sum for your home and then slicing off 20% for their so-called services. Not a great deal at all!
