Instead, I keep receiving calls from individuals who claim to be affiliated with some sort of government programme, attempting to peddle their wares. They instruct you to press the number 9 on your keypad, which apparently tells them to sling their hook. Of course, it's not like you actually say anything, seeing as these are automated calls. You don’t realise it until you answer, and right from the get-go, you’re met with a robotic voice trying to sell you something you didn’t ask for. Despite following their instructions, I've ended up with two more calls, and according to my bill, it seems I'm footing the bill for them! What course of action can I take about this?8 yearsI’ve just noticed an oddity on my phone bill - a call was made from my mobile, yet I certainly didn’t dial anyone!
