I've been dealing with those debt recovery agents from CRS recently. It's been quite the ordeal, to say the least.

I’m really pleased I looked into that number. They were calling themselves CCS and claimed to be a debt collection agency. They even had my surname, which honestly made my skin crawl. Definitely a scam, if you ask me!

I received a rather suspicious call from someone claiming to be associated with this mysterious entity known as "CRA"-whatever that might be. When I inquired about their identity and the purpose behind their request for my banking information, they rattled off a bunch of names-EE, BT, Three, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Sky. Quite the list, isn’t it? They then proceeded to ask for my name. I firmly responded that they wouldn’t be getting my name or any banking details. I told them to take a hike!

I received a call today from someone who claimed they couldn’t continue our conversation without first verifying my security information. They mentioned having dispatched a letter to me on the 31st of December, which I’ve yet to see. I let them know I would prefer to wait for that letter before engaging further. The caller identified themselves as CCS and stated they were located in London. I was curious and tried to look them up, but I couldn’t find anything that seemed linked to me or particularly trustworthy.

I received a call from this number bright and early at 4:30 AM. Strangely enough, they didn’t leave a voicemail, so I’m left in the dark about who it was or what they wanted. Quite unsettling, really!

Today, I received a call on my landline from someone claiming to be with CRS. They were asking for my son by his full name. I informed them that he hasn't resided here for eight years. They responded promptly, saying they'd take his name off their list.
