Avoid Fusion Consumer Solutions if you can! They’re one of those PPI claims firms that hit you with a £495 upfront fee, then take a quarter of whatever they manage to claim back for you. Honestly, they’re pushy and quite aggressive - kept hassling me non stop. Highly recommend steering well clear of these lot.
