I think this number is meant for The Audio Works, but I’ve tried calling and sending emails and got no reply whatsoever.

Exercise caution, everyone! I've just encountered another company, going by the name Cellsure, trying to peddle some bargain mobile phone insurance. As soon as we started probing them with a few inquiries, they turned quite hostile and rude, demanding our bank information. It's best to steer clear of these types!

Avoid engaging with their insurance services. We have had a chat with the Financial Services Authority, and it turns out these individuals aren't listed with them. While they might come across as polite, their offerings are far from beneficial. Following the advice from the FSA, we're in the process of informing the police since it appears to be a case of fraud, masquerading as representatives of your phone provider. They might call themselves Cellsure, but that’s not their legitimate name! Our bank is treating this matter with utmost seriousness.

I received a call purporting to be from a firm wanting my banking details for a direct debit related to mobile phone insurance. If you've recently acquired a new phone, exercise caution as this is likely a scam! I reached out to Carphone Warehouse, and they confirmed they’re aware of the situation and are looking into it, but tracking these individuals proves to be quite a challenge. I've been inundated with calls from numbers like 07725204245, 07725204208, and 07725204222. Additionally, I've received a text suggesting that I contact Cellsure at 08448848824 to confirm their legitimacy before making any payments. Please, do not hand over ANY of your information! Stay safe!

We were employed by them, and I must advise you to steer clear. We made the decision to part ways once we truly realised the goings-on behind the scenes. If anyone’s in need of guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

I find myself in the same predicament as many others. I received a call and was convinced these folks represented O2 Lifeline. We've since halted the payment via our bank and are gearing up to lodge a fraud complaint. It’s all very sketchy-operating solely via mobile phones with no website or company details in sight. Clearly, something is amiss here. Avoid any dealings with them if you can! I sincerely hope the authorities catch up with these scoundrels sooner rather than later.

I've found myself in precisely the same predicament. I received a call and was under the impression that it was from O2 Lifeline. Now, we've taken the step to halt the payment via our bank and are gearing up to lodge a fraud complaint. It's quite suspicious that this outfit operates solely over mobile phones, with no website or business details to be found. I'm beginning to think these folks might be dodgy characters. I’d strongly advise against engaging with them. Here’s hoping that the authorities catch up with them sooner rather than later!

Hi Terry, I hope you’re doing well. I'm reaching out because we’re in a bit of a bind here. We forked out £99 and have now come to the unfortunate conclusion that it might have been a scam. After receiving our documents in the post, we made copies and dispatched those via automated delivery last week. Unfortunately, we’ve yet to hear back or see any sign of a refund. I tried ringing them earlier today, but none of the numbers we’ve got seem to be valid. Any chance you could help us sort this out? Cheers!

We put in a lot of effort here. Best to steer clear, really. We decided to walk away once we got wind of the true situation. If anyone ever needs some guidance or has questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

We've engaged with this company for a phone contract and also opted for their warranty service. Honestly, we're struggling to understand any claims about this firm being unreliable. When we faced an issue with our device, they handled it proficiently, and we received a replacement phone in under three weeks. The employees are consistently polite and eager to assist.

Just a quick note regarding our earlier conversation about our friend who encountered DJB on the 22nd of August. It seems he's managed to reclaim his funds via the bank, which likely covered the expenses on his behalf! The bank provides a specific letter or form to process such claims, so don’t lose hope-these scammers tend to operate in a similar manner across the board. You definitely have a good chance of retrieving your money as well!

We've signed up for insurance with Cellsure, and we received a call claiming these folks are associated with O2. Our phone was through Carphone Warehouse, and we’ve got all the paperwork to prove our contract is legit, so we thought everything was in order. Unfortunately, my phone's been nicked, and I can't seem to reach the company to file a claim. Has anyone got any clever suggestions for getting in touch with them?

Right then, we should tread carefully in this situation (I trust you grasp that). We can provide you with the director's phone number, but let’s keep it under wraps if that's alright.

Last month, a hefty £120 vanished from our account shortly after we got our new iPhone. It's rather frustrating, as our bank, the police, and trading standards seem to be brushing it all aside and shifting responsibility onto one another. So now I’m left trying to recover our funds directly from the company involved. I'm curious if anyone else has managed to reclaim their money and what kind of steps their banks are taking in similar situations. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Absolutely the same situation here. I recently acquired a new mobile from Carphone Warehouse, and then I received a call from someone claiming to be with O2, asking to confirm my line rental details. To cut a long story short, we ended up getting stung for £70. Shortly after, we received some form of insurance policy and when I called to cancel it, the operators were incredibly dismissive. So, we thought, might as well be insured. Fast forward, I misplaced my phone, but I reported it right away and sent in my claim form. They returned it saying I owed them a £45 admin fee! To this day, I haven't seen a replacement phone. I'm considering legal action against YouEquipIt, as they are operating as a limited company.

We decided to give them a bell because our phone was causing us a fair bit of hassle from the outset. Unfortunately, Carphone Warehouse was utterly unhelpful, merely pointing us to the user manual without any real assistance. Being a bit on the older side and not particularly savvy with gadgets, we reached out to Cellsure. They patiently guided us through every step, making the whole process much easier. Their support was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need!
