I just renewed my Pensions Railcard and to my astonishment, they dinged me nearly £4.00 for the phone call! All I did was provide them with the code number, and they mentioned they’d send it out to me. Can you believe it? I paid £9.00 for the railcard, and yet these bandits charged me an exorbitant fee of £4.00 for merely a 3-minute conversation! It’s absolutely scandalous!

I've never experienced calls like these with Plusnet before; it’s surprising really. BT ought to be putting in more effort to monitor this situation. It seems a bit unfair that we should bear the cost for such issues. Honestly, I chose not to answer those calls, especially since I’m inundated with scam attempts on a regular basis. This one, however, managed to slip through unnoticed! It makes me wonder if there's a push for everyone to rely solely on mobile phones now!
