I received a call from this number not long ago.

This number has shown up on our Visa account for the last fortnight, and despite our best efforts, we can't seem to trace its origin anywhere.

I've recently noticed that Direct Dial AVON has been charging my credit card £3.99 without my knowledge. When I try to call them around noon to sort this out, they promptly hang up on me and insist that I should only call during their business hours, which are apparently 9 to 5. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!
