A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a charge on my bank statement that looked like it was for UPS, but then recently, almost the same amount got taken out without my okay. I rang my bank about it, and they passed me this number. Tried calling it, but it's dead - not in service at all. Avoid Parcel Compare, they're a nightmare!
