Customer service was quite useful. Honestly, I’m not shocked about the 55p a minute charge. What annoyed me was that when you ring them, you never get told about the cost anywhere.

I was constantly shuffled between different people while on hold, and not once did anyone mention it was a premium number. I never received the item but ended up with a £26 charge. DX are just as terrible as Hermes delivery!

There wasnt any notice about being charged, neither on the card they sent with the delivery nor on the phone call.

Supposed to get my delivery on a certain day but it never showed up. Ended up spending £3 just to find out they weren’t able to assist me! Really disappointed with DX. When the parcel finally came, I’m a 67-year-old lady and I had to give the driver a hand with lugging this huge 32kg kayak! Not impressed one bit.

My DX driver never showed up to collect my parcel, so I ended up having to ring this number to set up a new pickup. I got charged £12.50 for being stuck on the phone for almost 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer! I honestly don't recall any notice saying the call would cost me.

I got a call sorting out a delivery issue, ended up stuck on the line for nearly 17 minutes, and then noticed my phone bill had been bumped up by £9.31. Honestly, that's ridiculous!
