I found the customer service quite impressive, to be honest. The rate of 55 pence a minute isn’t shocking given the quality of support. However, it would have been nice if they mentioned the charge during the call itself.

I was put on hold for ages and shuffled about between different operators, yet not a single one mentioned that this was a premium rate line. My order didn’t arrive, and now I’m facing a £26 charge. Honestly, DX is just as dreadful as Hermes when it comes to deliveries!

There was absolutely no indication of any charges, neither on the delivery card nor on my phone.

The package I was expecting didn’t come on the scheduled day, which was quite frustrating. I ended up spending £3 just to be told they weren’t able to assist me. Really displeased with DX, to be honest. When it finally showed up, I, a 67-year-old lady, had to lend a hand to the driver with lugging a hefty 32kg kayak! What a palaver!

The DX delivery driver didn’t bother collecting my parcel, so I ended up having to ring this number to sort out a new collection. I was on hold for a whopping 24 minutes, which set me back £12.50 just to speak to someone! I don’t recall seeing any notice about that call being chargeable. What a right palaver!

I reached out regarding an issue with my delivery and ended up being on hold for a staggering 16 minutes and 50 seconds. To add insult to injury, my phone bill has magically increased by an unwelcome £9.31! It's utterly ridiculous.
