I recently decided to give Gardening Express a ring to voice my dissatisfaction regarding a lime tree I purchased from them. The poor little thing was barely six inches tall and looked rather frail. They had it advertised at a 50% discount, and I shelled out about £14 for it. Honestly, there’s no way that plant is worth anywhere near that, let alone the original asking price. When I finally got through, I found myself hanging on the line for almost a quarter of an hour before I chose to call it a day. I sent them an email to express my concerns, but of course, I was met with silence. A couple of days later, I received an email asking for my thoughts on their service, and I frankly told them it was abysmal. To top it all off, I just noticed a charge of £2.75 on my phone bill for that call. Rest assured, I intend to escalate this matter further!
