Got a call from this number - only lasted a second according to my phone bill and they still went ahead and charged me 55p! Proper rip off. The whole setup was rubbish as well!

I called Gardening Express to raise an issue with a small lime tree I'd purchased from them. It was only about 6 inches high and looked really unhealthy. They had it on offer at half price, and I ended up paying around £14. Honestly, there was no way that plant was worth even close to that, let alone the full price. When I rang, I got connected but was left waiting on hold for nearly 15 minutes before I gave up and ended the call. After that, I tried emailing them but never got a reply. Then just a few days ago I received an email from them asking for feedback on their service, to which I replied with a very negative review. This afternoon, I noticed a charge of £2.75 on my phone bill for that call. I'm definitely planning to pursue this further.
