This number is some sort of scammer pretending to be Sky and making people rack up huge phone bills. My grandma rang them about her slow internet and getting a new WiFi setup. Then they started asking for her card details. When I grabbed the phone and asked for a website or anything to check since I was suspicious, they said the deal had to be done on the call. Definitely dodgy.

Had no clue it was a premium rate line. I’ve contacted Sky to complain and asked for my money back. I’m absolutely fuming. DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER. I rented a film from Sky for £5.49. After just 10 minutes, the film stopped playing and vanished from my planner. I spent over an hour on the phone with Sky, they kept putting me on hold while they tried to figure out what was wrong. Eventually, I gave in and asked for a refund of the £5.49. Then, about half an hour later, I get a text from my phone company saying my service has been cut off. When I called them, they said I’d gone over my plan and now had to pay £62 to get reconnected. Turns out Sky charged me £6 a minute! Ridiculous!

Called Sky because we couldn't get catch up TV to work. They told me to try loads of stuff I'd already done, then sent me through to someone in India. They said I had to upgrade my Sky box. I said no thanks, and luckily my mate sorted it out in the end. Just noticed they've charged me over £20 just for their trying to push an upgrade I didn't want or need. Isn't this kind of thing illegal? Felt like I was dealing with a bunch of cheats and liars. Can't understand how anyone there feels okay being part of something that feels like straight up fraud.
